Setup Tab

-Setup Options:

-Choose the ‘setup’ tab from the dashboard menu. You will see the available options for changing the citizen’s request portal.

-You can alter the fields to collect the type of information needed. If you would like to show a disclaimer that explains or instructs the citizens who are making a request, enter the text into the disclaimer area box.
