iWorQ Systems owns and operates this website, support.iworq.net. The mobile application platform and the associated mobile applications, provided by BuildFire.
iWorQ collects information through the mobile application on behalf of its customers (Cities/Counties/Townships).
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection and use of data when using the mobile application.
What We Collect/User Privacy:
The information we gather is either information that you voluntarily supply when you register (ie: your name and address) or initiate transactions (form submittal, citizen complaint request), or information gathered on usage patterns and preferences as visitors navigate the website, use the app services. Location information may be collected through the app which supplies our customer with the location data for a submitted issue (pothole location, code complaint location, etc).
Data Removal:
If you would like to submit a request to have your data removed from the app, please contact iWorQ Systems and provide the applicable information regarding which City’s app you would like your information removed from. iWorQ and the City/County will work with BuildFire to resolve the data removal. Data removal time frame is up to the support team at BuildFire.
Other Disclosures:
We may occasionally release information about our visitors when the release is appropriate to comply with the law, to protect the rights, property or safety of visitors to our sites, the public, our customers, or our government and its employees, agents, partners, and affiliates.
Please keep in mind the app can be viewed by other members of the public, so don’t post anything that you don’t want the world to see. Credit card numbers, product keys, and other confidential information, including anything covered under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), should not be posted to any blogs, discussions, request forms, or other public places in the app.
