Schedule Tab

Template Schedules allow the user to create a template for a frequently generated work order and create a schedule for how frequently the work order needs to be created. The Upcoming Work Orders section displays templates which are scheduled for an upcoming work order or are past due.
Existing Templates
1. If a template does not have an existing schedule, click Create Schedule next to the template name in the Existing Templates table.
2. If a template has an existing schedule, click Schedule to edit the template’s schedule.
3. Enter the number of days desired in between work orders.
4. Enter the most recent date the work order was completed. Click Add.
5. If needed, click Edit Template next to the template name to edit the work order template.


Upcoming Work Orders
1. Templates with an upcoming scheduled due date for a work order will display in the Upcoming Work Orders section. Click Create WO at the end of the row to create a new work order from the template.
2, Edit the date in the Due Before text box in the upper-right corner to expand or narrow the date range of upcoming work orders that are displayed.
